Assist Senior and Senior Enterprise Account Managers with discovery, RFP responses, proposals, and presentations
Contribute to new logo acquisition opportunities under mentorship
Support smaller account deals to gain practical experience
Maintain relationships for assigned accounts
Execute account plans and identify upsell opportunities
Own smaller renewals and targeted upsell campaigns to grow recurring revenue
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams on solution briefs, pricing, and implementation timelines
Monitor SLA adherence and coordinate escalations with Support teams
Help drive improvements in customer satisfaction (CSAT)
Keep CRM updated, qualify leads, and support accurate pipeline and forecast reporting
Complete product, partner, and sales methodology training
Shadow senior sellers on complex deals to build skills in consultative selling and lifecycle management
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication
Curiosity and basic commercial numeracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools
