Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company goals

    2. Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and growth segments

    3. Translate business objectives into integrated, actionable marketing plans

    4. Ensure alignment between marketing strategy, brand positioning, and revenue targets

    1. Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to inform strategy

    2. Monitor customer behavior, trends, and emerging market shifts

    3. Generate actionable insights to support product positioning and business expansion

    4. Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership

    1. Design and oversee end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

    2. Define campaign objectives, messaging direction, KPIs, and success metrics

    3. Oversee execution across channels including social media, SEO/SEM, email, PPC, print, and events

    4. Evaluate campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROI and effectiveness

    1. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including Brand Managers, Creative Specialists, and Marketing Assistants

    2. Set clear performance goals and ensure accountability across the team

    3. Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and results-driven culture

    4. Provide coaching and professional development support

    1. Leverage analytics tools (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, CRM platforms) to track performance and campaign effectiveness

    2. Monitor KPIs such as ROI, CAC, conversion rates, and engagement metrics

    3. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management

    4. Use AI and data tools to improve marketing efficiency and decision-making

    1. Develop and manage the marketing budget across campaigns and initiatives

    2. Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and business impact

    3. Track marketing spend efficiency and recommend optimization strategies

    1. Work closely with Sales and Product Development teams to align marketing with revenue goals and product launches

    2. Support go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition initiatives

    3. Ensure strong coordination across departments for campaign execution

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • 8-10+ years of marketing experience, including 3-4 years in a leadership or managerial role

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media)

  • Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4)

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

  • Experience using AI tools for marketing optimization, content support, and research

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
