Develop and manage the marketing budget across campaigns and initiatives

Work closely with Sales and Product Development teams to align marketing with revenue goals and product launches
Support go-to-market strategies and customer acquisition initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
8-10+ years of marketing experience, including 3-4 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media)
Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4)
Proven leadership experience managing teams
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Experience using AI tools for marketing optimization, content support, and research
