Key Responsibilities:

    1. Write engaging copy for digital and print materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, website pages, blogs, advertisements, and marketing collateral

    2. Adapt tone and messaging to suit different platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives

    3. Execute assigned content briefs with accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail

    4. 2–3 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or similar role

    1. Assist the Marketing Communications Officer in translating campaign strategies into effective messaging

    2. Contribute to campaign assets by developing taglines, headlines, and supporting copy

    3. Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and content directions

    1. Ensure all written content follows brand tone of voice and guidelines

    2. Maintain consistency in messaging across various channels and materials

    3. Support the overall strengthening of brand storytelling

    1. Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to support content development

    2. Incorporate SEO keywords and best practices into written content where applicable

    3. Gather supporting information to improve content relevance and clarity

    1. Proofread and edit own work to ensure grammatical accuracy and clarity

    2. Revise content based on feedback from the Marketing Communications Officer or senior team members

    3. Ensure all outputs meet quality and brand standards before submission

    1. Monitor basic content performance metrics and apply feedback for improvement

    2. Continuously improve writing skills through feedback and exposure to campaigns

    3. Develop stronger conceptual and strategic thinking in copywriting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or similar role

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Basic understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing basics

  • Portfolio of writing samples required

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative environment
