Key Responsibilities:

    1. Design marketing and communication materials such as banners, posters, flyers, digital ads, and social media graphics

    2. Create visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital platforms

    3. Develop layouts for print materials (brochures, reports, packaging, etc.)

    4. Produce illustrations, icons, and other visual elements as needed

    1. Apply brand guidelines consistently across all creative outputs

    2. Ensure visual alignment with approved brand identity and campaign direction

    3. Maintain visual quality standards across all deliverables

    4. Update and adapt existing designs for different formats and platforms

    1. Translate creative briefs into final visual outputs

    2. Work closely with the Corporate Communications Office for content alignment

    3. Collaborate with videographers, photographers, and other creatives when needed

    4. Prepare files for print production or digital publishing

    1. Design static and simple motion-based visuals for social media platforms

    2. Resize and adapt assets for multiple digital channels and formats

    3. Ensure visual consistency across all online platforms

    4. Edit and produce engaging video content for digital and social media campaigns using industry-standard tools

    1. Maintain organized libraries of design files, templates, and assets

    2. Archive completed projects for future reference and reuse

    3. Ensure proper version control of all design materials

    1. Review designs for accuracy, alignment, and visual clarity

    2. Revise artwork based on feedback from Corporate Communications Office or stakeholders

    3. Ensure final outputs meet technical specifications for print and digital use

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or related field

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design or visual communications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design versatility and brand work

  • Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition

  • Ability to manage multiple design projects under deadlines
