Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
Manage ICT and construction dependencies, risks, and constraints
Oversee procurement, installation, and integration of ICT infrastructure
Lead multidisciplinary teams (ICT, construction, vendors, subcontractors)
Act as primary point of contact between ICT and construction teams
Facilitate progress meetings, issue tracking, and risk discussions
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
Oversee contractor payments and procurement tracking
Ensure cost control and budget adherence
Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality
Monitor and mitigate risks, compliance, and cybersecurity concerns
Ensure adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements
Implement quality assurance and control processes
Provide status reports, maintain documentation, and track KPIs
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or related field
PMP certification preferred (not mandatory)
Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMI frameworks)
Proficiency in project management software
Understanding of ICT implementation workflows (fiber optics, IoT, data centers, etc.)
Budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting expertise
6–8 years of experience managing ICT-construction or infrastructure projects
Experience in network deployments, data centers, smart buildings, or system integration
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to manage multiple projects
