Lancaster Technology and Development Corporation (LTDC) closed the year with its 2025 Year-End Gala, Built to Last, celebrating progress and shared purpose. The event highlighted a year of challenges overcome and ideas realized, strengthening LTDC’s foundation. Guided by its commitment to Nation Building Through Technology and Development, the gathering brought together partners, clients, and team members to reflect on milestones and the road ahead. Guests also explored LTDC’s exhibit area, gaining insight into the organization’s projects, values, and impact.

The heartfelt speeches from LTDC’s leadership captured the organization’s mission. They expressed gratitude for a year defined by perseverance and collaboration and reaffirmed LTDC’s role in advancing the ICT industry in support of national development. The addresses reminded everyone that milestones are achieved through shared commitment and that the journey ahead is embraced with purpose and confidence.

The evening was further enriched by the support of LTDC’s celebration partners, Sangfor, Banbros, and Cidus Solution, whose contributions helped bring the event together. Beyond the celebration, LTDC continued its tradition of giving back to the community through a PHP 250,000 donation to two non-profit organizations. PAGA supports Filipino Amerasian children through education and welfare programs, while Food for Hungry Minds empowers students from low-income communities through scholarships, mentorship, and academic support. The donations were presented by LTDC President and CEO, Mr. John N. Domantay, reinforcing the company’s belief that progress extends beyond business.

The celebration also honored the people at the heart of LTDC. Through a talent showcase, employees stepped into the spotlight and were recognized for their dedication, creativity, and courage. It served as a reminder that the company’s strength lies in those who bring its vision to life.
